Dimensional control where it's all about orientation.

Flange, pipe and spool fitting for plant and nuclear work — with the graphics that matter on site: the face of the flange and the rotation of the bolt holes, exported to CAD. Fit a spool to design, to best fit, or into the gap left by the spool it replaces.

The niche

Orientation, made visible

Flange-face and bolt-rotation graphics in the surveyor's own convention, exported to DXF with the geometry — because in DC the answer is which way it faces, not just where it is.

Three ways to fit a spool

To the design, to a best fit of the measured points, or to fill the exact space an old spool left behind — the real jobs, not just the textbook one.

Verified reference libraries

Full Leica prism constants and two cross-checked flange catalogues (1,999 sizes) already built and pinned — the numbers behind a fit are traceable.

Where it stands

Research complete (NPL/NIST fit methods, PFI/Automet conventions)
Prism + flange reference libraries built and verified
Design signed-off pending your check (resection, plane/circle/cylinder fits)
Build, then DXF graphics export
